Middle Ages & Renaissance
Middle Age art shows the importance of religion because of all of the things that have to do with religion. For example, their paintings show angles with halos, Jesus being crucified on a cross, and animals in Jesus' manger. Let's say I post pictures of sneakers on a website that would show that I love sneakers. And if people in the Middle Ages painted pictures that involve religion every time they painted a picture that means that they love religion and that everything they did had to have religion in it.
Europe changed over the period of time from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance because int he Middle Ages the people believed in religion. After the plague the Renaissance started so people stopped believing in religion because God didn't help them with their needs when everyone was dying from the plague. The Renaissance shows a change in religion because they don't have religion in their paintings. Instead they paint pictures with nudity, nature, and more real-life things.
Exploration and globalization
I would rewrite a history book to explain the time period of exploration in the following way:
History books today talk about Columbus in ways that talk about him being nice, willing, helpful, and supposedly a giving person, when he really isn't a good person and ethical when it comes to trading and business. After all he really is not nice, willing, or helpful. He really is cheap, gives little value to people, and also takes advantage of them. He brutally killed people for fun or make them feel pain and made women and children be sex slaves. He also made Indian women live in such bad conditions that they felt forced to drown their own babies. A history book that tells this type of information about Columbus is the real history about Columbus and his exploration.
